I have some probleme on BBdesktop 6

y connect my bold 9700 on my pc bb desktop is run

and y view this :

y have uninstall " VISTA CODECS PACKFOR VISTA" and clean with ccleanner and tuneup

same

y have install pack "Combined Community Codec Pack"
