So here's the case. I was transferring some apps to my Blackberry and for some reason my Blackberry downgraded its system to 4.5.0 (i originally had 5.0.1)
When downgrading, it gave me a fatal error that the process hadn't been successful. I figured I would just restart the process again, but when I disconnected my phone, I had to do a battery pull just to restart my phone, but when the phone loaded, all my 3rd party apps were deleted, my messages, themes, contacts, EVERYTHING was deleted except for my songs, which I saved on my SD card. Help would be greatly appreciated.
