    I have many instances of BlendHelper.exe running in my task manager on Windows 7 64 bit.
    Anyone else have this same usage. It seems like an excessive use of resources to me.

    Yup, sadly, its normal for Blend.

    I've seen many more processes listed and seen it take up gigabytes. Its not very well coded.
