After the 10.10.3 update in OS X, Blend / Link started causing kernel panics on 4 different machines in the office. It had to be removed. We then advised anyone using it on OS X to discontinue it's usage. Seems it just keeps getting worse.
Seems there are more problems with MAC than PC, as MAC is 5% global and iPad owners would likely run iPhone it may not be priority to fix it? ....and no, I'm not Looking to start one of "those" threads. My home also has iPad and iPhone so we're not "device biased"
Blend - Client v1.1.0.23 (Blend v1.1.0.67)
Link - v1.2.4.28
I'm gonna jinks myself but I seem to be pretty lucky with BB10 and my Z30. I only have it a month or two but the only problem I've had is no BBM text on my data network - not BBs fault, it's my crappy provider. Other than that it has been a solid. The odd app crash I think but so rare I can pick one moment.
I downloaded the update from BB's website. Installed it... same version reporting, still tells me to update, try again, same thing, uninstall Blend completely, reboot, reinstall from downloaded file, same thing. This is ridiculous. The only way that this can be happening is if BlackBerry either packaged the wrong software with the install bundle, or didn't change a version number. This is on OS X btw.
still the same here.
uninstalled, rebooted, installed. no changes.
