    I was having trouble with backup and other connection issues with my z10 and q10 and my new windows 8 computer. My computer only has usb3 connections.

    Today I hooked up an old usb2 hub and plugged in both phones and everything worked beautifully.

    Could this be a common issue with others and BlackBerry Link?

    Windows 8 and USB 3 runs Link just fine here. Run it on both a desktop and a tablet with no issues.
