How can I tell if my DM can see our BES server? I work in the IT dept but don't currently have access to the BES directly. I do all my phone OS upgrades from work but it still seems like I always have to ask my boss or net admin to reset my activation password. I would like to update today but of course both are out of the office.

Is there way to tell if my DM is actually seeing the BES server and will reactivate if I do a phone OS update??

I believe if the Active device (PIN) and Device connected (PIN) both match, you are on the BES. The server status should also show Online.

I fixed my post above which now says I don't have access to the BES at the moment. I guess I'm still not sure how to determine from DM if it is seeing the BS on the local network. I am trying to avoid not having my work email all weekend...but honestly its not that big of a deal
