I have had this problem for a while. I cannot upload iTunes music onto my BB classic.

When I try to sync, I get the loop with "Loading Sync Relationships" which stays on seemingly forever.

I tried the "sync my iTunes" app from the BB app store. It kind of worked. With that program, I was able to restore most of my music, but not the art. And some of the music didn't copy over.

I am getting a little frustrated. I know this was posted elsewhere and I tried many of the proposed solutions. No luck. I am hoping there is new information out there.

To rename the iTunesPrefs.xml file;
Turn on Show hidden files and folders.
Navigate to C:\Users\<userid>\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\iTunes\
Rename the iTunesPrefs XML file file to iTunesPrefs.old.

This will have to be done each time you update iTunes

I did try renaming the xml file as others suggested. no luck.

I would try to reinstall link in Windows 7 compatibility mode.
