    We just installed BBLink 1.0.1.12 on multiple computers and found one where it will not find the default Outlook 2010 profile, what gives....
    So it can sync contacts now but it can't update the ones I delete on my computer.... again... what gives, why is BB not getting this right, are they completely lost? Oh and the application STILL blue screens on Windows 8.... unbelievable bad software!

    Check for the .15 version. Someone in another thread mentioned .17 but I can't find that one.

    Having the same issue with .15. Looks like it may be an issue with .ost files
