Hi, when I connect my blackberry to my PC it will give me the option to view the contents of the memory card so I know the connection is working, but when I open up desktop manager (5.0) (or have it open then connect the blackberry) my blackberry (8330) shuts down.
I've tried a battery pull and I've uninstalled and installed desktop manager but to no avail.
