    I'll upload a picture of blackberry link when I get home. That being said, last night I updated blackberry link from 1.1.1 because it said I had a software update for my z10 but I couldn't download it till I installed the new update for blackberry link. After I installed it i noticed the software update for my z10 was gone. I plugged my phone up and refreshed both my phones software update search and the blackberry link. My phone is stuck on 10.1.0.2019 saying it's up to date. While the blackberry link says a higher 10.1 software is installed on it and up to date. I can't remember the exact software it says. I have tried resetting my phone, wiping it and everything but it still remains with the same software and blackberry link does as well. How do I fix this problem to get my BlackBerry z10 up to date until AT&T decides to release a 10.2 update?

    First off, welcome to CrackBerry!

    Have you tried restarting your PC? A shocking amount of issues related to Link are resolved by rebooting the PC.
    See if anything shows differently for you after that.

    If not, my next troubleshooting suggestion would be to Uninstall Link on your PC and download it fresh again.
    Uninstall via Programs and Features in Control Panel, restart PC, download Link from BB website. After successful install, you can try again. (You might want to restart PC yet one more time first. Sorry.)

    Now the alternative is to download the free desktop app called Sachesi and use it to download the new official OS (release 10.2.1.537 / OS version 10.2.1.1925) from a different carrier that's released, like any of the Canadian carriers.

    So I did all of this and it's finally synced up with link correctly but I'm going to try Sachesi next. I would like some newer software and wonderful AT&T isn't looking promising when it comes to releasing the new software to us since it's not IOS.
