Can anyone pls help me and find out what is the problem why i couldn't connect my Q10 to BB LINK? i think the USB is going well, is charging my phone and i can view my SD file in my laptop too

Hey welcome to CB!

Try updating BBLink to latest version (if not already done so). If it's the latest version of Link, try re-installing link on the PC... Let us know how it goes!

how to update the bb link? or i have to download again from the blackberry website? my version is 1.1.32

Uh, click on the settings icon (gear icon) and on the left side you'll see if there's a software update notification and a tab to click "install".

It might be a hardware issue. I had the same problem earlier when I plug my phone to the wall charger and suddenly the phone reboots itself. After that, PC will not even detect my phone properly. I ended up having to change the phone's motherboard and its all good now.

For your case, why don't you try to plug to other PC and see if the phone charges.
