I am running vista and my DM go updated and I cant tether my BB anymore.
it gives me errors like
Ip Modem cant save configuration
when I try connect it says I need to configure it

I am trying to use the DM build in tether.

when the upgrade happened it wiped my 4.7 settings. I try to put it back vista tells me that it cant find a modem.
the RIM port is there and the standard modem in the Device Manager

Any ideas?

I'm having the same problem. Did you find the other threads detailing how to change the xml file in the BB program? My 1st attempt was unsuccessful.
