    "Purchased a Blackberry Bold 9790 aprox 4 1/2 mos ago. Working great thru my desktop manager. then out of the blue it would not start and it gave a error message BB has encountered a problem please shut off and try again so I tryed again and again. I remove the software and re installed but with no luck. It was coming due for computors annual clean time at my favorourit computor shop. i explained what was going on with the BB software to the tech..probably it was conficting with another programs.He said no problem. The tech cleaned my labtop up and he could get the BB software to perform? Help I need my sync between my device and latop. I am a realtor...help".
