I installed a newer version of the desktop manager yesterday, and after using the media manager (I'm trying to figure this all out) I'm unable to do anything in the desktop manager (it grays out and becomes inactive so I must do an alt-ctrl-delete to end the session). I suspect that I'm doing something wrong. Any ideas?
make sure you install an actual release of DM and not a beta version. If you do have an actual release installed, try doing an uninstall and then install it again.
