    So I made the unfortunate decision to update my desktop manager to v7.0. Now, all has broken loose and DM v7 can't or won't find my Outlook profile. I'm getting multiple error messages....the profile message, a C++ error message, MAPIP error message. I'm running XP Professional and Outlook 2003.

    I had absolutely no problems with earlier versions of DM. In fact, it worked better than my iPhone/iTunes syncs. Now, my BB Storm won't sync at all with my Outlook.

    I've uninstalled and reinstalled v7. I've uninstalled and reinstalled Outlook 2003. I've created a new profile. I checked Control Panel Mail, and Outlook profile is there and set as the default.

    Nothing is working. The only thing I can think of right now is to find somewhere I can download v6 or even v5 of DM, clean uninstall v7, and try again.

    This is a disaster if I can't sync my BB. And a totally wasted evening of frustration.

    Any ideas to try?
