When using the desktop manager to sync my contacts in Outlook 2007, I'm prompted to setup my sync settings. When choosing outlook, the profile section drop down is blank for all the categories. My mail settings in windows says i do have an outlook profile that is storing the data, the desktop manager isn't seeing it though.

You may need to uninstall/reinstall the DM. You can find instructions here

Nope, didnt work, still no profile listed under microsoft outlook when trying to setup desktop manager sync
