I have an Asus Eee pc and am running Internet Explorer 9. There is no cd player so I can't load the tools that came with my bb. BB.com just freezes when I hit the download for PC. In fact the entire website suffers from painfully slow navigation followed by freezing. Can you help me get the tools on my laptop without having to buy a cd add-on?
