I did a backup with Link before installing 10.3.1.1016 on my Passport. The backup went smoothly to about 50%, at which point it ended and I was sent back to the Link screen with the message "Backup complete." After installing the OS, I did a restore, which was successful except for Android apps, which had to be re-downloaded and installed.

Today I'm doing a backup again on my office computer, and the same thing has occurred. It gets to 50% then ends, with "Backup complete" and no error message. This is "full" backup, not selective.

Any idea what could cause this? It's the most recent version of Link, on both machines.

Yep, been seeing the same for a while. Fortunately, it is saving what I truly need. Considering the data that can build up for some apps, and lingering data from deleted ones decided the last destructive upgrade, to deselect all apps, only restoring system settings from there, so I maintain my browser bookmarks. Cut a lot of memory out, even after reinstalling all apps.
