    I can't seem to be able to view music files, playlist etc under my PC when using BlackBerry Link. I am currently using BB Z30 loaded with 10.3.2.226.

    Anyone using BlackBerry Link to sync music with the latest iTunes 12.2.0.145?-capture.jpg

    I am also not using Garmin Express software and I had previously able to load the music library. That is before I upgraded to the latest iTunes.

    Likely require a Link update as iTunes is new... but alas, if you're using Link for syncing Music you should really find a better method anyway. Heck, even mass storage mode works better than Link.

    Thanks for your reply! Hopefully they will release an update cause I usually use Playlist for my songs.... in any case, I will just have to copy it over to mircoSD card at the mean time!

    I think the next best thing I can do is to use Google Music to download Playlists to Z30....

    I am also experiencing problems syncing my playlists from iTunes to my Q10 via BlackBerry Link. I recently received the mandatory Verizon update to 10.3.2 and updated my iTunes about the same time so I'm not sure the cause of the problem? Everything was fine a few days ago. My computer is running Windows 7.

    I managed to resolve this issue. Apparently for me, it got nothing to do with iTunes but rather. NET Framework.

    I uninstall all the updates for .NET Framework 4.5.2, use the clean up tool, run the set up for. NET Framework, select the uninstall option not repair. Then run again to install.

    Open BlackBerry Link but voila, my iTunes library is connected!

    Mass storage mode is the last thing you want to sync music - you don't get playlists.
