I perform quarterly back ups of my Z10. But each time I do all my contacts I have "Linked" become unlinked & separated again.

Am I missing something in a setting or is it just an annoying bug of the back up process??

Anyone got any ideas or advice.... Away to start linking them back again for another 3 months.

I feel your pain. Contacts app is severely lacking IMO. I have had to relink contacts many times.

I ended up buying contactX from BBW, and I can backup and restore, and even merge dupicates.

The native app should do this without the app (sigh), but the contactX has saved me a lot of time and headaches

Thanks. I'll need to go check that app. Should be native for duplicate names as an option at least. Can live in hope they fix it!! Lol
