    I've tried a battery pull, reinstalling DM, EVERYTHING, and my BlackBerry still won't connect to my laptop. I don't know what to do. Any help?

    I'd love to update it to .175!

    Mine kept disconnecting from the DM while I was trying to update. I finally turned the phone off (duh!). Smooth sailing after that.
