I saw Kevin's comment and understandably he wants Android support and Android features.
Those would be nice but BB10 is also lacking something very important, which is a personal assistant.
Google has Google Now, Apple had siri and WP is getting Cortana soon. What about Blackberry?
In no particular order of preference ;
1. Being able to dial phone numbers or send emails directly from websites or messages.
2. Sharing files via wifi
3. Ability to share what movies I'm watching or songs I'm listening to with my friends simultaneously.
4. Ability to install apps on SD cards.
5. Ability to load printer drivers & print directly from the phone.
6. Be able to run Windows 8 apps so that the 18,000 people in my company can use the company's app to do our work in front of the customers without having to use a computer.

I don’t ask for any technical aspect .I am a consumer only. I have fidelity the brand BB.
But…But.
The new devices when appear seem not one new device , as must be …unhappily I achieve idea that are old.
The new Q10 have a small LCD .( Bold 9900 it’s better ). We need one ecran more large.
The Q10 itself it’s not pretty ! I saw one white color and i got that idea.
The applications run slowly. Browser doesn’t open quickly. !!!
The devices have many re-start and randomly. I know many guy , university people that changed for others labels devices . Now run others devices !!!!
Well that people will be the future CEO The future strategy makers. The purchasers.
You need invest close that people . The future .
The Blackberry MAPS disappointed myself . I don’t understand why Blackberry don’t invest more for give us one 100% . For all , essentially for enterprises it’s important. On the road , we need one device that run fast and , completely without error (maybe RIM need hiring one google developer).
The camera …Yes we need more megapixels. On the street we need sometimes take a full picture to some articles with real quality on details for send to company office. Better and real color .
I think the new device need come with 64 bit . So octa core.
Memory Ram increase . It’s better have .
Voipbuster ... Skype. All applications need more integration with BB OS.
The new device Q20 need to be bright ... to surprise all world.
For that the blackberry need do better marketing close consumers. Close university . Hear their comment !
#1 Better UI design - it must look beautiful and different. Including some real active frames / widgets - call it as you want
#2 more and better gestures - even my W8 tablet knows better i.e. directly switching through active apps by swiping in from the left.
#3 BES/BIS as free/cheap cloud service . What really hurts is current email, calendar and contacts quality - thats why we loved our BB for years. Google does an awesome job on Android, Microsoft on the new Lumias. My old BB9900 is better than my Z10, its more reliable in pushing mails even under bad coverage
#4 APKs in BB world - it must be easily and reliably available for my Granny too. Native would be better of course, but we have to face reality that its simply not attractive for devs currently.
#5 Better sleeker media apps, starting with a higher camera quality.
More customization.
Dark theme though out.
More notification modes.
Ability to hide icons and folders.
Free icon placement and lock.
For the love of all that is holy, use more TAT ideas, ie. toast, velvet, fuse, TAT is owned by blackberry but makes a lot of cool stuff for DROID.
A BB10 slider with the power of the Squircle
Pardon my ignorance what is TAT?
Posted via CB10
TAT is a design company that BlackBerry bought a couple of years ago and let them give the coolest stuff to DROID. Search for them on YouTube.
A BB10 slider with the power of the Squircle
Baked in modifiable led light changing
Ability to change the system font
Ability to put more than 16 files in a folder
Basically now that bb10 has been refined and most things have been addressed, some customization options of the look and feel might be nice.
