    It mostly comes down to the fact that BBMe was developed, first and foremost, as a business tool, and is a lot more streamlined by design.

    I get that. And while obviously BBMe is by far the superior solution, how high is the chance that individual contacts will pay the required subscription fee to connect with me over BBMe, when they could not be convinced to install the free BBM over all these years? That is the crux of the matter, I think.
