If Rogers is your carrier of choice and you've been waiting for them to ditch $130 pricing on the BlackBerry Z30, your patience has been rewarded. Although it took longer than the likes of TELUS and Bell, Rogers customers can now order the BlackBerry Z30 online through Rogers for $0 with the typical 2-year contract. If you're not down with contracts Rogers and TELUS are still the cheapest choice with the no-term pricing at $600. Hit up the Rogers to get your order placed.

Yes, many carriers charge a "line fee" for "activating" an account. You can always try to negotiate to reduce or drop this fee, particularly if 1) you are already a client or 2) you already have an account with another carrier. There's enough competition that carriers are often willing to negotiate certain fees.
