While there has been some debate surrounding just how many more updates the BlackBerry KEYone will receive, that hasn't stopped carriers such as AT&T and Rogers from pushing newish builds, and Rogers now has one scheduled for July 5th.

Sir your participation in this forum is invaluable. However, I haven't run an autoloader since my Classics and Passports and I'd prefer to wait a bit

Understood. But it really is super simple, doesn't wipe your device, and only takes a few minutes.

Seemed easy enough running no wipe, but my device was restarting about every 60 seconds. So I ran it again, and now it reads "no SIM / no network" .

Question is now, how do I rollback?

There is no reason to go back.

    Try a 32 second reboot.

    What is your device PRD?

There is no special sauce here - it's the identical software you would receive OTA.

Why should we use an autoloader when the original patches will appear for all of us in a few days? At least that's what was announced here in the forum? Or do we have to wait any longer?

Checked SIM in Passport just to ensure due diligence, process of elimination and it checks out fine

Try the 32 second reboot. If that doesn't work, use the wipe-autoloader option.

As I said, the software is perfect. Dozens, if not hundreds, have used the autoloader already (including me - BBB100-1). You may have had a download issue, or a bad cable or USB port.

Where does it say everyone will get this specific build?

As with any update, I'm sure some will, and some won't.

The beauty of this community is that (almost) no one has to be left behind. If one person gets it, we all get it.

Understood, I'll try the entire process fresh and report back

You bet. Good luck. I won't leave you hanging. There are other things we can do. You WILL have a working device.

There are a lot of things that happen with an update - whether OTA, or by cable. Stuff can happen. But rest assured, the software is identical.

Tried again and it won't boot now. Just a flashing white light. 3 attempts and it just got progressively worse.

    1st attempt phone continuesly restarted
    2nd attempt lost SIM
    3rd attempt bricked

Must be a bad download. Let's continue over PM.

Confirmed it must have been a bad download, cable or otherwise because it's back up and running nicely.
