Port of Houston Authority selects AtHoc to improve secure communication and collaboration
While many folks had never even heard of AtHoc back in July when BlackBerry announced they had entered an agreement to purchase the company, it's certainly turning out to be a good choice for BlackBerry. At the end of August, AtHoc signed a contract that extended their already existing agreements to further protect and account for TSA staff within TSA facilities and across over 200 domestic airports.
Following that announcement, they then announced that Foundation of Shalom Park, one of the largest community campuses in the United States, has selected AtHoc's Networked Crisis Communication system. Now, AtHoc has announced the Port of Houston Authority has selected AtHoc to improve secure communication and collaboration during crises and critical business situations to port employees and across port tenant organizations.
