    OK, so I know BlackBerry OS update is security only, so before you start thrashing me, but I too am starting to feel the neglect.

    My Passport Camera has needed an update since I got it at release. The focus is still crap.

    It's probably the camera module itself. I had to replace mine from one on Ebay.
