    BlackBerry's acquisition of AtHoc is now complete the company has announced. Back in July, the two companies reached an agreement and the deal is now closed. AtHoc will now operate as a division of BlackBerry, with AtHoc's CEO Guy Miasnik acting as part of BlackBerry's senior leadership team and will report to John Chen.
