    Do they really need 3,000 employees though? I mean seriously it was built and run by 10 people for ages. And they haven't changed or improved anything. My question would be 'what, do you DO, here?'.

    Yeah. I've been in those types of companies before... they usually have about 150 people focused on the money maker. Everyone else is a form of investment of some kind or venture to try and create the next best thing. But usually those are the expendable ones from a business analyst point of view...
