    In addition to all the other QNX announcements coming out of CES 2015, QNX has also announced that LG has chosen the company to provide them with software platforms for their next-generation automotive systems including the QNX CAR Platform for Infotainment, the QNX Neutrino Operating System (OS), the QNX OS for Automotive Safety, the QNX Momentics Tool Suite, and finally QNX Acoustics for Voice, a signal processing solution for automotive voice communications.

    I have an honest question, is QNX sold to all these partners by BlackBerry or is it a "free to install but support costs $x" type arrangement? As we all know QNX is a trusted OS installed in much of the key infrastructure systems, but is BlackBerry lining their pockets by owning it?
