Is there shipping to the Caribbean?

Hi,
I ordered it yesterday 27-July-2016 from India & it will take long time 54-68 days to deliver!
I found line written in conditions as below:-

Your order will arrive 26-36 business days after the end of the campaign!

Campaign last date shown as 9-Aug.
If I calculate start date from 9-Aug-2016 then also delivery days are as 41-55 days shown in My order, not as they wrote in website as 26-36 days ie 4-Sept-2016 to 14-Sept-2016.
Why that much long time for people who purchased it, They can deliver as per order.
Amazon.com deliver fast than this 'teespring.com'.
Though they charge extra for faster delivery, its accepted by customer who want product early.
I can not found that feature in 'teespring.com .
How can I get my T-shirt early?
