    The company that printed the mugs sent me an email with my order confirmation, and then another one for the shipping information. Didn't you get any emails?
    Check your credit card to see if you were charged. Most of us received our mugs last month.

    See if you can get a refund from Paypal, but you waited for over a month... might be a problem.

    Look on the Teespring website and see if you can email them about your order.
