    I bought my Z10 4 days ago... the link don't exist.

    I rang carphonewarehouse and was passed to 3 different departmants and eventually fobbed off to Blackberry.

    Blackberry don't want to know! The hung up on me. I have recorded that call and will post it on youtube as they cant treat their customers this way.

    Have sent a complaint to CPW, no reply yet.
