We looked at it in-depth on the BlackBerry Z30*if you need refreshing, but to cut a long story short, you can select emails to be prioritized either by name, importance or where you started the conversation.*

    I always disable this as I just use the pinch feature to make sure that all unreads are shown.

    I've never been much for a priority inbox myself. Leaving anything unread drives me insane, so despite the fact that I get a ton of email I read them all as soon as I ge them, 'priority' or not.

    I do however love the new pinch gesture which I've setup to pull flagged messages back up.
