Folks in Canada can now take atvantage of a new, but limited time, promotion on the BlackBerry Z30. The company announced today the price of the smartphone has been cut to just $0 for a two year contract on the Rogers, Bell and TELUS wireless providers.

So if you buy this phone with 2 year contract like here in the states (AT&T) will you be paying 40 a month for it with Telus? it'll be 960 for 24 months. Actually after a quick calculation: if you bought it when it was 350 you'd pay 15 monthly w/o contract. Way cheaper...

Can't speak for AT&T but Verizon charged $200 plus $50 a month on contract for 2 years. If, you bought one for $350 your monthly would still be $50 a month but no contract---I asked.

Damn!! Yeah, with att if you bring your own device your monthly payments are lower.. 15 compared to 40

I was confused with the different plans that AT&T has: using the next plan, byod, and buying under 2 year contract. I learned the hard way though last week for my sons bday when I got him a phone for $1 at Walmart . Thought I was going to pay the 15 a month instead of the 40....well I was wrong . So I'm paying 900 for my sons phone now....I couldn't take it away from him after I gave it to him.....lesson learned I guess...

It's for just 2gb. Their website will fill you in on all the plans. Not cheap!
