If works for me for syncing my contacts from my PC (Link v1.2.2.13 + Office 2013). It does take a while for process to complete and do not detach before it says it is 100%

Emails or calendars/contacts? gSync it works for calendars and contacts

Thanks guys, I made a few tweaks in Outlook Desktop Client since that was the issue and still managed to keep my POP.
