In light of another guy getting scammed here for the iphone 4s, why is this post allowed? the rules clearly say a minimum of 50 post's before being allowed to sell here.

I am not trying to start anything here mods, and I know its buy at your own risk, but you guys have to do a better job of this. sorry for the rant, just sick of seeing people getting scammed, and I think 100 post's should be the number, not 50. It was 100 when I started selling.
