10.3.2 - not upgraded to 10.3.3 yet. I've seen too many complaints about bugs and instability and wanted to wait for a while.

I bought it on eBay, so I don't think it has a warranty.

It's the best BB10 phone I've ever owned. I even liked it better than the Passport SE, which I have also tried. But as much as I love BB10, it just doesn't meet most of my needs in a smartphone anymore. My requirements are constantly evolving and I need devices that can evolve with them.
