    I own the phone. It is not under AT&T payment plans. And yes Im not interested in unlocking it myself but as I also said you are welcome to unlock it yourself through any of the unlocking companies. I don't feel at the low price I'm asking for it and with me paying shipping that I should also pay the expense to unlock it was well.

    Don't worry, I'm not asking you to unlock it, it's just that if it's under a contract its very expensive to unlock. I'll PM you so we can talk better.

    Just a suggestion...I thought that AT&T would unlock devices for long term customers w/o a charge. But, I 've been wrong about 10-15 things already this morning, so my chances of being wrong again are outstanding...

    You might be right but when trying to unlock a previous phone through AT&T it was a ridiculous hassle so I choose not to unlock the phone. Buyers have many options to have it unlocked themselves if they so choose.
