Condition: 9/10 (there is a scrape on the removable piece covering the sim and sd card slots. Its not deep, its a slight scrape that I didn't notice until later. Ill post pics of it once I have the phone. Other than that, the bezels are clean, screen is not scratched, and the phone looks AMAZING. first time seeing one in person, but Im sticking with android for now)

I'm not making any money off of it, I just figured one of you would want it =] =] Im picking up the phone tomorrow so I will post pics as soon as I get a hold of it.

I had the same questions when I first bought it from the guy.... I went to t-mobile and they checked the IMEI, I also tried my t-mobile SIM with it and got calls, texts, and data on t-mobile, and it looks almost new, so I went ahead and bought it.
