After you pointed out the screen on my mac, it bothered me so I replaced it, if you are still interested maybe I would do this keyone and your s7? Will send you pictures of it up and running without those "spots" if you want.

I will pm you. Sorry been busy. I replaced it myself from a screen i got off ebay. I was apple certified 10+ yrs ago. Dell certified now. So it's all good. Recently moved as well so it is now in a box. Replaced it a few months back.
