1st tracking no was for a parcel to spain not to me
no email since 5 days
he said he wnted gift not invoice n he has a verified paypal address
paid him 500 bucks for this 4s

NEVER let anyone talk you into sending money through PayPal as a gift, there is absolutely no recourse on your part if something goes wrong. People use that all the time to avoid selling fees, personally as the buyer I'd rather pay the fees and have some recourse if something goes screwy!
