    Communication was excellent and when there was a brief delay in payment (*Not* the buyers fault) I was notified immediately and given a second date which was met as promised. Not all transactions go 100% and to my mind what counts is not that there was a hitch, but rather how it was handled and this was handled perfectly. I would not hesitate to buy from this gentleman. Great guy - thanks!
