Does anybody have any recommendations on a good service to use for setting up a secure email system for a business. From what I've seen theres Microsoft, Novell and IBM... IBM looks like it's mainly geared toward large corporations. Novell seems to say they are more secure than Microsoft. Anybody familiar with this? I really don't know what's the best option. All the info they say about their "Scalable Solutions" is pretty vague.

    Where are you based?

Do you have have your own server and are looking for an email client or just trying to use cloud service? Or a hosted server with an email client to put on?

Hosted exchange /BES is probably what you are looking for.

Well I don't know, I'm not opposed to any type. Basically least amount of upkeep or maintenance would be ideal. Novell seems to suggest that their group wise system requires less hands on time fixing stuff then Microsoft.

Like the other gentleman says doing Hosted would probably be what I want.

A hosted solution would be no upkeep on your part (almost none) so that would definitely be the easiest. Not sure on any solutions other than Exchange/BES for hosted though
