Is there anyway my z10 on 10.2.1 can be considered android? With android they are requiring touchdown and Google package to force password etc. IPhone just needs to enroll through Airwatch. If I downloaded the required apps through snap would my device show up as an android? Windows and BlackBerry are not authorized.

I have the same issue. I called AirWatch and they said that BB10 is certainly available to use but with limited functionality, whatever that means. Still IT isn't sure. I'm still trying, problem is I think I'm the only one so they don't care too much.

In order for Airwatch to manage BlackBerry 10 devices you need a BES server as it only talks to a BES server.
Could never understand why you would run BES and than put Airwaych on top of it
BES does ios, android, windows mobile and of course BlackBerry. Why would you need anything else

Interesting. I've been trying to evaluate all the MDMS and BES 12 seems to be the most compatible. Few isues but not as much as I thought. I might be wrong what do you guys think and know?
