This is just a mini poll.

Would you rather have the Z30 with a non-removable battery or the Z10 in which it does have a removable battery?

So in other words, would you rather have the Z30 that has a non-removable battery or just buy another BB phone that has a removable battery like the Z10?

    Please share your thoughts.

Z10. Not just because of the removable battery. I also find the screen to be crisper.

You might want think about actually adding a pole that people can vote on. I would be interested to see the results.

Upgraded from Z10 to Z30 after using it for 18 months. Using Z30 now for 4 months and I've to say that even though I felt a little about non removable battery in Z30, but performance and feature wise it is way cooler than Z10. That's just my perspective though

I love the Z30. But not having the battery removed is just bothersome. And plus, I think the Z30 is kind of big. Almost or equal size of a Galaxy S4. In size, the Z10 is the sweet spot and plus the removable battery. But its too late now. I am indeed keeping the Z30. I just love BB phones

I got the Z30 because it was newer than the Z10. Felt that the Z10 would be outdated soon.

    Done.

I voted Z10 but it's got nothing to do with the removable battery, I just much prefer the form factor.. in fact, I'd give up the removable battery to have another device the size of the Z10 with double the battery life.

I would too. Maybe a slightly bigger screen; say 4.6" or 4.7" and longer battery life. They also need to had a full HD screen.

The bigger screen is exactly what I don't want. If I was ok with 4.7" I'd get the Z30. What I like about the Z10 is that it's 4.2". When holding it in my right hand I can reach the back button all the way on the left with my right thumb.. I can also reach the icon in the top left corner.. both things I cannot do on the Z30.

Z30 due to battery life. 5" inch is not as big as you think.

Z30 for sure! One of the best I've ever had! If only there is no Passport, I would be using it for a very long time. The battery life is simply amazing.

Surprisingly, when making the switch from a Z10 to Z30 the removable battery wasn't a concern of mine. I was honestly more worried about the overall size of the Z30. Up until now the Z10 was probably the biggest device I've ever had and before that the 9800 would have been next.

But now that I've got a Z30 and the performance gap differences between the two devices is so noticeable, I'd only go back to a Z10 form factor if the specs were on par or better then the Z30 today.

I went from a Z10 to a Z30 with no regrets. But the other day I decided to install a 10.3.1 leak on the Z10 and use it as a daily driver.

I must say that if it weren't for the so-so battery life and mediocre speaker quality , I'd go back to the Z10. It's light, easy to use with one hand and the screen is nice and crisp.

The Z10 is a great phone that is still very viable after nearly two years on the market. With 10.3.1 and hopefully battery life improvements this thing will be a low cost dynamo that no one should be ashamed of using.

Since I've had both I would never go back to a Z10. Yes the screen is better but that's it. Even with a spare battery pack I had with the Z10 a Z30 still lasts longer throughout the day. Everything else besides screen quality the Z30 is better at.

Used a Z10 for 19 months until last week when I got my Z30. The build quality of the Z30 is excellent, it is noticeably more powerful and the battery life is awesome. Today I unplugged and left the house with 100% at 6 : 30am and at 7:30 pm when I got home I still had 42% battery left. Tell me that's not awesome. I still use my Z10 and have and will switch back and forth because I still enjoy the true one handed use and portability of my Z10.

That's funny, I keep seeing people say the screen is better on the Z10. I don't see it, if anything the super amoled display on the Z30 does a way better job of color representation and come on, how freakin bright do you need a screen to be?!

I kept the Z10 screen brightness at half when I was using it, the thing looked like it was shooting out a door way of light!

I wouldn't mind a tad bigger, but not huge the way phones seem to be going.

Have had both. Much prefer the z30 for battery life and overall build quality. Also find reading and editing docs to be incredibly easy. Great devices, both, though.

Yes, I think the Z10 has the perfect size. The "sweet spot"
If I think about it now, most newer phones these days (iPhone, Android, BBs) have NON-Removable batteries.
So, my temper tantrum with that has subsided. Guess all phone manufacturers are trending the non-removable battery thing. Also, even if the battery was removable, then the battery itself would be hard to get. Even for the Z10.

Z30 is too big. I agree. But the reason I bought it, is I was afraid that the Z10 would outdate the Z30.
And also, how well would 10.3 run on the Z10 versus on a Z30??? That's my question.

I may be tempted to call my local GSM shop here and ask if they can order the Z10 for me...
May pull the trigger on the Z10. But how well would the 10.3 update run on the Z10?

I miss the size of my Z10. It was great for one handedness. I have to say that I love the speakers/speed/battery life of the Z30. That makes me forget about the Z10 from time to time. I work in the service industry and squatting from time to time, I feel the Z30 every time. I rarely felt the Z10. It is nice to come home and have plenty of battery though.

I keep on hearing of the poor battery life on the Z10.
And plus, the Z10 comes with BB OS 10.0 according to GSMArena.
    Which is outdated.

So.......in this case, I think I will pass....The form factor is the best on the Z10 I have to agree on that one.

I have the opportunity to get a Z30, But the size of the Z10 is what keeps me...
For work i am forced to use the Galaxy Note II but you actually do get used to the size. BUT the Z10 is my daily and personal choice.

That's because in comparison to the Z30, the battery life on the Z10 is a joke! My Z30 has been off the charger and used since 7:00 AM yesterday and I still have 37% battery. My Z10 would have needed to be charged 3 times by now.

The Z10 does have a great form factor no doubt about it, but the advantages end there. The Z30 is just far more superior in every aspect and you really can't come to appreciate that till you use one for a few days.

It loads android apps quicker and with more stability, it's representation of color is better, battery life, speakers quality OMG! Add all that with a white Z30......sexy!

I have had both. I don't care that the battery is non-removable in the Z30 cause I easily get through a whole day no matter how much I use it. I always carried around a spare battery with my Z10. So Z30 all the way.

The Z10 and Z30 can have the same OS version. I actually have the Dev 10.3.1 on my Z10 and 10.2.1 on my Z30 so my Z30 OS is outdated.
