    Hey Guys,

    I usually don't get stumped but in this case I'm at that point...
    I have exchange 2010 user who will not sync up via activesync or bes10 on his Z10 and my Z30.

    Everything activates fine no errors or issues there.

    But the hub does not pull any email information. Sending/Receiving nothing shows on his account.
    Setup the user account twice now thinking something went wrong there...
    OWA seems fine everything works with his account there...
    Tried multiple phones and devices same issue with the same user. I'm thinking my only next step is Microsoft and work with them on this.

    Any ideas would be greatly appreciated I feel its definitely an active sync issue but why only this one user.

    Have u just updated with the latest 10.2.1 update from blackberry? If so do a hard reset by holding up and down volume keys for a while. Had the same issue with WhatsApp. Completely empty in the hub until a reboot
