Hi all. I have a huge problem. My Z30 was stolen out of my room in Cuba this past week. Now I'm very upset about this but only care about the pictures. Unfortunately I don't have BlackBerry Protect set up, would it of helped who knows. So now it's back to the Z10. I found a back up from March (z30). I am pissed that all pictures since March will be gone, but are the other ones before this back up in this file? What is the best way to restore everything, contacts pictures music to this March file? Back to my 10. Pls help

Use BlackBerry Link. Attach your Z10, go to device, go to restore, choose your backup file and see if it processes. Sorry to hear your Z30 was stolen, hopefully you can get some of your stuff back.

When you use link to backup does it save memory card files?
