    Hey there

    I'm new to blackberry...got a new phone...but having issues....cannot connect phone with computer....the BlackBerry Link will not install...get an error driver not equal...also when I plug in to computer...does not show up on computer....is anyone having this problem....help needed

    Welcome to CrackBerry! Is your windows 8.1 up to date with the service packs? I have the same system, no issue with the BB connecting.

    Are you running Windows 8.1 or Windows 8.1 RT?

    OK so...I checked windows updates and updated...I did get blackberry link to install but now my device is not showing up when connected...but is showing as a device on computer....it is windows 8.1
