I love my z30 but I have been noticing some issues with it. I am not sure what the problem is... I have a wireless router but on top of that I have an extender I notice strange things that go on with the wifi connection. I get notifications that I have limited connectivitty, or my wifi automatically disables itselfs but on other devices (laptop, kindle etc) it works fine. I also notice as I use BBM voice over wifi alot it always disconnects after 5 minutes on the dot then after a few hang 5 minute voice calls I can be on for 30 min to an hour. So I am confused to where this problem is coming from?!

What OS are you running on your Z30, and what type of encryption/security (WEP, WPA, WPA2) is configured on your Wifi router?

Also, do the BBM voice issues persist when you are not connected to any wifi, or to another wifi router?

What OS are you running, and check your extender to see how many devices it's good for like mine is good for four only , so I put some on my normal and just the devices on the extender that is more reasonable. Also try deleting your wifi and set up again.

z30sta 100-3/10.2.1.2228 it's on WPA2 when I am on BBM voice without wifi it's fine.

I have deleted and reinstalled my wifi multiple times still same problems from z30.

Oh... I thought you meant a cell-signal network extender, but I think you mean a WIFI extender.

Make sure you enable the "Inter-Access point handover" setting on the wifi profile on your Z30 (settings, connections, wifi, tap and hold the connection then tap edit, it's at the very bottom).

i have tried "Inter-Access point handover" but on a bbm voice call it always disconnects at the 5 minute mark as weird as that sounds or is a Coincidence

have you tried disabling the extender??
